Bico Stereo

Came in in the morning to get dash cam installed. Was told it would take 45 minutes and to come in the afternoon. Over 2 hours later it still wasn't finished. The service guy was inside making sales. After asking how much longer I was told an additional 45 minutes. The service guy had an attitude and eventually took everything out and said he wasn't going to do it. Waste of time and poor customer service.

This place is an old school stereo shop. They worked with me on what upgrades I wanted and what I didn’t need. My truck is brand new and I wanted everything to work like the factory intended. Bico got it done at a reasonable price and I am extremely happy with the sound quality.

Great experience. They told me exactly what order. Once I received, I made an appointment and they installed Apple Car Play within the timeframe promised and I picked up my car at the end of the day. I am completely satisfied with service and workmanship. They are professional and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, I recommend Bico.

I visited Bico Stereo in May 2026 and brought my Infiniti SUV so I could explore putting in a full sound system. This is my second time having audio installed by Bico, with my last time being in 2012. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by Gee. He spent 1 to 2 hours with me discussing different opportunities for my vehicle, including what sound profile I was wanting, what genres of music I prefer, and other important factors. Gee made numerous recommendations for how to build the new audio system and was incredibly receptive to my thoughts and suggestions. It really was a very collaborative approach, which I loved. We decided to go with Focal Access Speakers, a JL Audio Amp, an Audio Control Amp, and a 15 inch Kicker CompQ. Prices on these component parts matched even aggressively priced online retailers like SonicElectronix and Crutchfield, which was awesome. I had Bico Stereo install the entire system for me because their install prices were incredibly reasonable and I felt Gee would ensure everything was done right. All I can say is WOW. The install was done perfectly, including amps on a rack with wires neatly tucked and routed out of site. Gee also had a custom subwoof

Wanted some more bass out of my factory sound system so I came in on a Saturday and was able to talk to G. He made me a recommendation based off of what I was looking to accomplish. These guys ended up doing a great job with my install, as somebody who does automotive repair I was impressed because I couldn’t see where anything was disturbed and they left no fingerprints on anything even though my interior has piano black which is notorious for fingerprints. They mounted my controller and subwoofer in a great spot and everything was clean. The system works great and I highly recommend bico stereo, I’ve been a customer since geno was around and will continue to use them for any future projects. Thanks again guys!
